First, you must log in to the Mindbody web site or mobile app (Apple Store link or Google Play link). If you have booked other studios using this platform in the past, utilize the "Forgot Password" function to log in again. If you do not have an existing login, create a new one.
Follow this link or navigate to the Ultimate Pilates Plano Mindbody site.
Look for "Pricing and Packages" (on the web site) or the "View Pricing" button (on the app), depending on your platform. There you will find a list of our class packages.
Scroll down to the applicable Groupon packages - 3 Class, 5 Class, or 2 Week Unlimited.
Go through the checkout process, which will require you to enter a credit card number but will not charge you.
You may now book any class on our schedule. When the system asks for payment, you will now see your Groupon listed as a form of payment.
Bring your Groupon marked "Redeemed" to show at your first class. The instructor will need the information on the "View Voucher" page.
