Our Lagree fitness classes are performed entirely on the Megaformer M2, one of the early generations of Sebastien Lagree's patented machines. This is the first machine to effectively combine strength, endurance, cardiovascular, balance, flexibility, and core training not only in one workout, but in each and every move! 

Our 50 minute group classes are perfectly designed to be the only work out you need to get the results you desire without spending hours at the gym!

As classes are starting to get full -- please be at least 10 minutes early to class. If you are not there when class starts we WILL give your machine away to someone waiting. Doors lock when class starts. You will be charged a late fee. No exceptions. We cannot reschedule ClassPass clients. Please feel free to email or call us with questions.
